For over 15 years we wake up early, while everyone still sleeps and start cooking breakfast. And we do so with love. Our organic breakfasts are the cherry on the cake in our B&B. Local, healthy and all freshly cooked and prepared, you will never leave here hungry. Ranging from cakes and pasteries to fresh baked croissants, home made granola and yoghurt from our favorite local farm up the mountain. Every day you will get something new, and we promise a delicious to start your day! What we serve might range from homemade jams and fresh cultured butter or some simply delicous fried or boiled eggs on toast. At Villa Marquerite you get it all, sweet or savory a big start or a light beginning of your day. Please feel free to tell us your wishes and we will prepare your start of the day!

We get our bread at the amazing bakkery La Borie Noble, they mill their own flour and make a wide range from rye, white, and beautiful seeded loafs; even gluten free ones! Our fruit and vegetables come from the garden of from our friend Jacques who grows the most wonderfull porduce. Our dairy products come from La flassiere a small community where they make their own cheeses and yoghurts.

We believe that not just food is important but the way we eat, where our food comes from and how it is enjoyed together.
